Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:

The Executive Personal Assistant to Mary Lawless Lee will manage day-to-day logistics and scheduling for Mary Lawless Lee, CEO of @MaryLawlessLee, @HappilyGrey, & @Nemah.co. A unique mix of primarily personal/executive administrative and creative, this role requires someone detail-oriented who can also execute social media community management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Planning travel logistics
  • MLL Calendar management
  • MLL social engagement
  • Office & Home organization
  • Partnership Product Logistics
  • Special Projects
  • Co-Manage Affiliate Platform
  • Light content creation and analytics (imagery, editing, writing / IG, FB, Blog)
  • Occasional travel

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Self-Starter & Task Dominant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative (Social Media, Canva, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Education and Experience:

  • College Degree
  • At least four years of related experience is required.

Happily Grey / Nemah - Fall Internship

Happily Grey
 & Nēmah are the E-Commerce the brands by @MaryLawlessLee. We are seeking an E-Commerce & Community Management Intern to assist in Social Media Management, E-Commerce Fulfillment, Administration, and Customer Experience.

Company culture is collaborative & fast-paced. We have 3 teams working within our office space between Mary Lawless Lee, Shop Happily Grey, & Nemah with 8 full-time team members. Our intern would get an inside look into a 10+ year influencer marketing company and ground-floor hands-on access to a recently launched high-growth E-commerce brand.

Office: Happily Grey - 3820 Charlotte Ave Ste 147, Nashville TN 37209 *Must be Nashville based*
Hours: Part-Time Flexibility - 20-35 hours per week
Pay: $12 / hour

Social Media:

  • Schedule Pre-Made Social Content (Instagram, FB, Pinterest, TikTok)

Administrative

Retail

  • In-Store sales
  • Sales floor upkeep (product tagging, re-merchandising, inventory backfill)

  • Assist in organizing the fulfillment / inventory center
